Diabtes Walk

Hey everyone! So I have gotten my act together. Kids came home yesterday with their big packets of school fundraiser stuff and I rolled my eyes and threw them in the trash. Bailie (the smart girl she is) said she didn't even get one because we are already doing a fundraiser for the Diabetes Walk. So my kids are very excited to be trying to raise money for the Diabetes Walk they get to do on Sept 25th. Anyway, here is how you can donate under our name, but online. I will also accept cold hard cash! :) Last year I think Bailie was one of Jenn's top fundraisers. So she is bound and determined to best herself! Thanks for your support!

Go to: http://stepout.diabetes.org at the top of the page click Donate then you enter my name, Michelle Bunger and follow the steps. The kids can get on and see how much has been donated under their name and you can also see under Team Holzer how much everyone is contributing. I have to say I like my kids learning to love a cause and since Jenn is their soon-to-be Aunt I think this will be the one we focus on.

Thanks!

Brianne

So today my little girl turns 7. My how time just keeps getting away from me. Our lives would be terribly boring without Brianne. She keeps us all and everyone around her on her toes. Love you Brie!!!

Welcome September

So September is here and we are getting back into a daily schedule. I am excited and sad at the same time. I guess I should wrap up our month of August. We went camping again. Although, we wimped out and spent the nights at home. I think I was still trying to finish laundry fromt he reunion. I hate laundry! Actually I hate to fold laundry! I can let 5 loads sit in my chair before I decide to fold it. I know, I should just fold it when it comes out of the dryer, but for some reason I don't. Then the kids got to go to horse camp for a week. 7-12. They of course LOVED it. Brennan wants to live their. And Lyndy says she has never had kids who are so willing to clean out the horse stalls. Then came fair! Oh how I love the fair! But it sure is different being the mom. Making meals, getting everyone to the pig barn on time, making all the poster boards. Needless to say it was a learning experience. To top it all off we had a couple pigs die. My kids are definitely learning all about the cycle of life and that those pigs sure will taste good! :) Bailie was so cute showing her pig. Very nervous. She got a red and blue ribbon which she was so happy about. She sold her pig for $6.00 a pound which is awesome! Thanks to dad and Uncle Josh. And of course Blake and Lynn. Then she got Reserve Grand Champion for her quilt she did at quilt camp. She was so happy about that! Fun Fun August. Now we start soccer, fall softball, and piano again! Grateful for a schedule! Hopefully I can find time to work now that all three of the kids are in school all day! Repeat, ALL DAY!!!!
